Check-in
You can check-in up to 8:00 pm. Please let us know your arrival time in Rome. In case of late check-in (beyond 8 pm), there is an extra charge of 30.00 € and the communication of your arrival time is mandatory to ensure our reception services. In case of late check-in (beyond 0 am), there is an extra charge of 60.00 €
Check-out
The room will be available to guests on the day of departure until 10:00 am. In case of late check-out, please arrange with our staff the day before departure, until 6 pm, pending room availability. The expected additional charge is 70% of the daily price of the room.
Reservation guarantee
There will be no charges at the time of booking; the credit card provided by the customer (American Express is not accepted) only guarantees the reservation as far as our cancellation policy agreement.
Verification of credit card validity
Credit Card pre-authorization may be needed at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
Non-refundable rate
In case of a non-refundable offer, the cost of the stay will be charged at the time of booking, with no conditions as far as the return of the amount.
Cancellation policy
There will be no charge for cancellations or changes made up to 3 days before the scheduled arrival date.
Cancellations made after the 3-day deadline or no-shows will be charged 100% of the cost of the booked stay.
